Camp fYrefly is a leadership retreat for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, designed to build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills - empowering participants to make a difference in their schools, families, and communities.
Camp fYrefly is more than a leadership retreat - it’s a lifeline. Each summer, youth ages 13 - 21 come together at Trent University to build confidence, resilience, and community in a safe, affirming space. Through creative workshops, mental health support, and mentorship, campers gain the tools to thrive and become leaders for positive change.
Exciting news: A generous donor has pledged to match all gifts made before December 31, 2025, up to a total of $5,000. That means your gift will go twice as far in helping youth attend Camp fYrefly and build the confidence and leadership skills they need to thrive.
